Senior User Experience Specialist

Rami is a senior usability specialist with product design and product management experience.  His career as a usability specialist spans over 15 years. 

He was originally trained as an engineer and has a Masters of Engineering Human Computer Interaction from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.  Rami is fully bilingual.  His specialty is in helping organizations achieve their goals by optimizing how users and clients interact with their systems by analyzing, designing, re-engineering and evaluating user interfaces and workflows to improve user performance and experience.

Rami strives to keep up with the latest technology development.  He developed and taught Usability graduate course at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal and Usability and Accessibility Workshops at Schulich School of Business and a number of companies in 2005-2006.  He is also a frequent speaker at various Usability workshops.
