We believe the entire purpose of research is to produce actionable knowledge - information that our clients can use to improve their products, brand image and market position: Research produces Knowledge which leads to selecting an appropriate Strategy

Quantitative Research PDF Print E-mail
Insignia conducts quantitative surveys by telephone, door to door, in central location facilities and in store.
However, in recent years, the majority of our quantitative work has moved online--either via internet panels or using our own or client databases.
Our training in traditional sampling methodology and our knowledge of the steps that must be taken to ensure a representative sample that come from decades of conducting complex door to door, telephone and exit surveys have put us in an excellent position to understand and manage the risks that can occur with online panels.

Qualitative Research PDF Print E-mail
Qualitative research is an important part of Insignia's business--representing just under half of its overall research activity.
Our highly trained moderators are constantly on the lookout for new techniques--reviewing literature and attending professional workshops and conferences on a regular basis.
Global strategy consultants like Flamingo International (London, England) and Forbes Consulting (Boston, Mass) choose Insignia moderators as part of their international team because of our proven excellence in both moderating and analysis.
