Mike was most recently the President and CEO of a Fortune 1000 company. He also served on a number of Boards of Directors, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. David Thexton is one of the leading authorities on travel and recreation research in North America. From his roots as Research Manager at Canadian Airlines, David founded Traveldata International in the 1970’s and then, in 1990, continued to specialize in tourism research at Insignia.  In addition to his work in tourism, David has also been active in both retail and packaged goods research.

Marcs' research focus is on the practical and philosophical grounds of how sensemaking is possible. He is a specialist in the social effects of technology and technology change having consulted in various strategic social, organizational and symbolic issues for over ten years. Marc’s particular skills lie in qualitative research, teaching, group facilitation, web-based community development and cross-cultural communication. He has written and presented internationally in the fields of Organizational Management, Organizational Culture, Job Search and Recruiting Technology and New Religious Movements. He holds a BA in Religion and Sociology, an MA in Canadian Studies and a Ph.D. in Sociology (Social Anthropology).

ImagePaul Griesbach graduated from Temple University with an MA in Clinal Psychology in 1976.  Paul is a practicing behavioral therapist since then with a razor sharp ability to cut through consumer rhetoric and confusion and get to the raw drivers that are causing behavior. Paul has worked with Air Canada, Canadian Airlines and Wardair (1978-1992) in the treatment of Fearful Flyers, including working on the development of a program to treat Fearful Flyers.  Paul has also been working with the Behaviour Therapy Institute for over 30 years specializing in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Phobias and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders.
